Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection or Courier
Once your return is approved, you can either arrange your own tracked courier or contact us to schedule a professional collection for a nominal fee.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
