What are your standard delivery times?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3-5 working days. For larger furniture pieces requiring our specialist two-man delivery team, please allow 7-14 days for arrival.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our unique furniture worldwide. Please contact our sales team with your full address and the items you are interested in for a bespoke shipping quote.
Can I request a wood or fabric sample?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of matching textures and colors. You can request free samples for many of our seating and table ranges directly through our website or by calling our showroom.
What is your return policy for furniture?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that bespoke or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Do you provide furniture for commercial projects?
Yes, Peppermill Interiors specializes in contract-grade furniture for restaurants, bars, and offices. We offer trade discounts and dedicated account management for bulk commercial orders.
Is assembly required for your products?
Many of our items come fully assembled. For products that require assembly, such as some dining tables or bed frames, clear instructions are provided. We also offer a white-glove assembly service for an additional fee.
